Learn how to make your own delicious homemade sourdough bread in this hands on workshop, using only flour, water with a bit of salt. There are no commercial yeasts used in this bread, only an artisan starter, that I have lovingly cared for years. You will take home your own loaf, at the point of allowing it have it’s final rise, then bake it at home that night.
$110pp includes ingredients and equipment, a delicious homemade 3 course lunch – including bread and cheese tasting, your bread, recipe/instruction sheets, and a starter to take home for future bread bakes.
It also includes almost all your materials and equipment use for the day, so you only need to bring a bowl or bread tin, some enthusiasm, and a sense of fun!
PLEASE NOTE: COVID SAFETY PLAN IN PLACE- Safety is paramount. Please do not attend if you are unwell, or have to isolate. Notify me as soon as possible and we will do our best to move you to another class in the future, or if that is not possible a refund will be given.
