Mini kit- Mozzarella (for online or in-home class)



This mini-kit is used for the on-line and in-home mozzarella classes.

Each kit has a measured dose of the following products- to make 1 batch of mozzarella.

Rennet, lipase, calcium chloride, citric acid.

You will still a thermometer, and some usual kitchen equipment such as pots and spoons.  See online mozzarella class for more details.
