This workshop will teach you to make your own simple and delicious halloumi and ricotta cheeses at home. You will be taken through the hands-on process of each cheese and take home all the cheeses you make. You will be guided through the step-by-step process of each cheese, made from fresh, locally sourced cow’s milk.
$110 pp includes
- your handmade halloumi and ricotta to take home

If you choose the 2 person-1 batch option ($170)- you can make 1 batch of each cheese, together, to take home. Perfect for partners, or family members that only want to make a single batch of cheese. Your lunch is still included for both of you in this option.
If you want to come as a couple or group, and make your own cheeses singularly- choose the 1 person option and increase the number to how many are in your party.
It also includes all your materials and equipment use for the day, so no need to bring anything except some enthusiasm and a sense of fun!
