Learn to make delicious feta, and a simple soft curd cheese, in this fun, hands-on workshop. You will be guided through the step-by-step process of making feta and shown a simple technique for your own homemade cottage cheese, using fresh, locally sourced cow’s milk. You will take home your handmade feta (which will still need some draining overnight) and taste the fresh soft curd cheese during the class.

If you choose the 2 person-1 batch option ($170)- you can make 1 batch of cheese, together, to take home. Perfect for partners, or family members that only want to make a single batch of cheese. Your lunch is still included for both of you in this option.
If you want to come as a couple or group, and make your own cheeses singularly- choose the 1 person option and increase the number to how many are in your party.
Your materials and equipment to use on the day are all included, so you only need to bring some enthusiasm, and a sense of fun!
Extra cheesemaking equipment and supplies will be available for purchase on the day- Eftpos and cash accepted.
