Rennet (vegetarian) 50ml bottle



Vegetarian liquid rennet 50ml. Used in cheesemaking to coagulate the milk.  Rennet strength can vary depending on the brand, and the recipe.  The Green Living Australia rennet recommends 2ml per 10L of milk. This dose will increase with the use of lipase, as this can inhibit rennet action, and also halloumi recipes that call for a higher dose.

Store in refrigerator.
