In conjunction with the rollout of my new website, I am able to announce that cheese and sourdough hands on workshops will be recommencing in July. I am also now offering on-line classes (oh yeah- lockdown has taught me a little IT!! who’d have thought??!) , as well as in-home cooking parties. Check out the tabs on the front of my website for more details. You can purchase/book in easily on the website, but please feel free to call, email, text, message if you wish. I’m sorry, you will notice prices have increased marginally, this is due to reduced numbers and increased costs of supplies now.
If you wish to purchase any supplies, pickup is Korumburra, or I can quote you postage. I still have to get that embedded in the website.
Anyone who has already paid for a class, and has been so wonderfully and patiently waiting all this time, will get priority places in the classes, and they don’t need to pay any extra at all.
Class sizes will be in accordance with the current Covid 19 guidelines- 1 person per 4 m2m, and 1.5m social distancing. The guidelines state max 20 in an area, but my classes will be much smaller than that. Hand washing and sanitising is of utmost importance, please utilise the facilities offered regularly, and please assist me in keeping you all safe by maintaining social distancing, practicising regular hand hygiene, practising cough/sneeze etiquette and cancelling if you feel unwell at all. I will be doing my bit, by keeping all main areas sanitised, and lunch will now be served, rather that the “help yourself” table that we once had. If you would prefer to bring your own lunch, please feel free to do so.
